IIt’s the first May Bank Holiday weekend — a well‑earned break for all. It’s the perfect time to relax, catch up on life admin, reconnect with family and friends, and enjoy all the beauty that nature has to offer. As we return to the week ahead, this newsletter brings you the latest updates, key highlights, and a look at what’s coming up next.

As spring truly comes into its own, Hampstead is looking especially beautiful this week—and the good news is the gorgeous sunshine is set to continue into next week too. It feels like the perfect backdrop as we look ahead to our upcoming Spring Meeting and a wonderfully full programme of activities to enjoy together.

This week we'll be exploring parts of the city from the river, discussing the book All Fours, going to the cinema, viewing the Brown Collection and trying out Nordic Walking.

And we're back! This week we'll be learning more about England's legal system on our walk through "Legal London", drinking a cocktail or two at The Alchemist, going to see Shadowlands at the theatre (so good!) and we take a guided tour of the Palace of Westminster. Debra will give a talk on the National Garden Scheme and the secrets to having a green thumb at the Camden Garden Centre. There are a few spaces left for some of these events if you'd like to join.
